Gongs Bells and Bowls is an event designed for adults.  Explore this immersion in Sound led by Joey Dukes.

Align yourself with the powerful vibrations of Gongs, Bells and Bowls, a practice that has been used for thousands of years to support meditation, contemplation and relaxation.
Bring a blanket or yoga mat and allow the sounds to wash over and through you.
