Many of us move through our days without realizing that what we are seeing is filtered - shaped by expectations, past experiences, and beliefs about ourselves and others that we rarely stop to examine. We think we are seeing the world as it is. We are actually seeing the world as we are.

This workshop is an in-depth exploration of that filter - how it forms, how it operates, and most importantly, how to work with it. Through three guided practices you will take home with you, we will move together from simple awareness into a genuine, practical shift.
