Meditation for the Love of It - Wednesdays, May 8-29 - Gayle Ray

Meditation can change your life!  Want to be calmer with less stress and anxiety, have better sleep, improved relationships, and experience a greater sense of oneness, then come and join us for Meditation for the Love of It. This is a four week meditation class based on the book Meditation for the Love of It by Sally Kempton.  We will explore different ways to enter meditation like breath, mantra, using chakras (central channel) and also look at ways to calm the mind and connect deeper to the loving presence within each of us.  Along with studying teachings on meditation we will have a guided meditation each week that supports us to enter deeper states of loving peacefulness.  

The meditations will be recorded and in addition to the Wednesday class you will have available to you a bonus meditation session by phone Sunday evenings from 7pm - 7:30pm.

Gayle has practiced meditation for over 30 years and taken numerous classes with Sally Kempton and through other venues.
