Fall 6-Week Book Study with Rev. Élan Lambert
The Gift of Anger and Other Lessons from My Grandfather Mahatma Gandhi
by Arun Gandhi
Thursdays, September 19-October 24, 7 - 8:30 PM / Love Offering
As part of our Fall 70th Anniversary celebration, please join Rev. Élan as we explore this deeply moving portrait of the leader who changed the world for the better. Written by Gandhi’s grandson, Arun, who was just 12 years old and an angry young boy having difficult expressing his emotions when he was dropped off at his grandfather’s ashram. Each chapter contains a timeless lesson for today’s turbulent times – self-discovery, identity, anger, depression, loneliness, friendship, and family – ways to effect healing change in a fractured world.
The book is available in our Unity Connections Bookstore.
To receive the most benefit from the book study, weekly attendance is suggested. However, each weekly class is a compete unit and may be taken separately.
