Topic: Painting with Breath Practice-the practice includes application of yogic philosophy and breathwork while we paint in conjunction with our breath.
What to bring: A blindfold, scarf, or eye mask
No experience necessary. No Judgment Zone! Supplies will be provided.
This is a monthly gathering of energy practitioners to encourage and support one another in our practices. All modalities of healing energy practitioners are welcome!
